Fitness and personal training

Experience, movement and organisation

Movement has been an important part of my work: group classes, gym activities and personal training. Here I share that past experience and the skills I developed while working with individuals and groups.

Experience built through practice

From 2015 to 2020 I worked as a fitness instructor and personal trainer in sports associations, gyms, sports centres and dance schools. Working with people with different needs taught me to explain things clearly and make time for conversation.

I hold several certificates in fitness and personal training (FIF, ELAV, AICS). I continue to develop my skills, as I do in my other professional activities.

Fitness, aerobics, step and super jump

My experience includes teaching fitness, aerobics, step and super jump classes. Rhythm, clear explanations and attention to the group are the aspects I want to share: not just the sequence of movements, but also the enjoyment of taking part.

Three group activities: aerobics, step and movement on small trampolines.

Goals first, then organisation

When I worked as a personal trainer, an initial conversation helped me understand each person’s goals, experience and available time. Listening and organisation were part of the job, along with explaining activities clearly.

Movement meets Sardinia

My enjoyment of movement also takes me beyond the gym. Hiking and cycling take me inland; in summer, canoeing and SUP let me explore the sea. On the portal, these experiences connect with stories and images of Sardinia.
