From 2020 to 2025 I taught at the ACME Academy of Fine Arts in Via Cagnola, Milan. Photography, digital image processing, video production and editing were part of that experience. The documented teaching assignments include courses in first- and second-cycle academic programmes.

Digital image processing

Look at an image, choose an adjustment and understand what changes: digital image work starts here. My teaching at ACME provides a documented path through photo retouching, composition and visual design.

In the 2024/25 programme: Photo retouching and colour adjustments for print and the web. Selections, masks and the integration of elements into photomontages. Photo processing with Lightroom and principles of 2.5D.

Video production fundamentals

An idea becomes a story through filming, sequences and editing. Here I present my teaching assignments at ACME and selected topics from the 2024/25 programme, from planning shoots to finishing a video.

In the 2024/25 programme: Narrative, characters, story outlines and screenwriting. Planning shoots, framing and continuity rules. Staging, directing and constructing sequences. Editing, sound, colour correction and finishing the video.
