Photography and video in my professional background
I’m Igor De Guglielmo, a photographer and videographer. Images are part of my work and the way I tell stories: about people, important occasions, objects and Sardinia. This portal brings that work together with my teaching and creative projects.
Work that continues today
Since 2011, my professional activity has included photography, video and digital tools. I continue to work as a photographer and videographer: attention to lighting, composition and storytelling runs through both image production and my teaching.
People, ceremonies and celebrations
I offer photography and video for weddings, baptisms, first communions, confirmations, birthdays, graduation celebrations and other parties, events and ceremonies, both religious and civil. My background also includes patron saint festivals, religious ceremonies and local events. I focus on gestures, people and atmosphere: what makes an occasion meaningful to those taking part.

I worked as a photographer at Auchan in Cagliari and Pirri. It is one of the experiences in my professional background, alongside ceremony photography, video and creative activities. The portal presents this work as part of my photography story.
Sharing images: Arte Zenit and exhibitions
From 2011 to 2017 I was president of the Arte Zenit cultural association in Cagliari, promoting exhibitions and arts events and working with photography and video. I also created exhibitions with friends: experiences in which images became opportunities to meet and exchange perspectives.
My background
Photography in my teaching at ACME
During my five years at the ACME Academy of Fine Arts in Milan, from 2020 to 2025, I taught subjects connecting photography, digital images and audiovisual work. Advertising photography and digital image processing are two parts of this background, presented in the course records with their teaching years.

Adult photography at UTES in Sestu
Between March and May 2026 I taught photography in a ten-week course at the University of the Third Age in Sestu, UTES. The course forms part of my experience in adult education and connects my photography work with the pleasure of sharing knowledge and observations about images.
Still life in my teaching background
Still life, the photography of objects, was a subject in my teaching in Sestu. Lighting and composition help us see even an everyday subject differently. This area also connects with advertising photography and my background in professional work and teaching.
The learning path I want to develop
For the continuation of my work in Sestu, the plan is to build on still life and expand into street photography and other genres. The new photography proposal is separate from the completed course: the portal will present dates and arrangements once they are confirmed.
