Tutoring in Cagliari and online, including summer support

First two years of upper secondary school: all subjects, including English

For the first two years of Italian upper secondary school, support covers all subjects, including English. We start with the topics to revisit and the school materials, using explanations, examples and gradual practice.

Final three years: subjects and school pathways

For the final three years of upper secondary school, I offer support in mathematics, computing, Italian, history, science, biology and the main scientific and technical subjects.

I have experience with licei, technical schools, accounting and AFM pathways, computing and industrial programmes. I assess requests from other pathways according to the subject and syllabus; in these final three years, I do not cover foreign languages or highly specialised subjects such as advanced agricultural or nautical disciplines or specialist technical drawing.

Catch-up work, homework and exams

Lessons can support catching up in subjects with insufficient marks, completing outstanding school requirements, doing homework and preparing for exams. During the summer, we can also work on organisation and study skills.

I also consider requests for middle-school pupils, taking account of the subjects, topics and goals.

An individual approach

I adapt instructions, examples and timing to the student’s needs, including ADHD, special educational needs or specific learning disorders. The support is educational, focused on subjects and study rather than diagnosis or treatment.

Availability, timing and lesson arrangements are agreed privately once the request has been discussed.
